- The selection process, voting mechanisms and final award decisions are governed exclusively by Heritage-Plus and its designated board
- Employees of Heritage-Plus and its direct partners are ineligible to receive awards
- Awards are limited to a maximum of 50 recipients per annual edition
- Heritage-Plus reserves the right to withdraw a conferred award within six months if the recipient's conduct falls short of the standards of honesty, integrity and responsibility expected of honorees
- By accepting an award, recipients grant Heritage-Plus permission to use their name, photograph, organization and award category in publicity and promotional materials
05. User-Submitted Content
If you submit content to us — including nomination write-ups, testimonials, comments or partnership proposals — you grant Heritage-Plus a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, translate and distribute that content in connection with NDAH programs and communications.
You represent and warrant that:

- Official photographs taken at NDAH ceremonies and related events
- Press releases, social media content and promotional materials featuring the event
- Repeat broadcasts on national television and digital/online platforms
Unauthorized recording, streaming, reproduction or distribution of NDAH event content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
