04. Nominations & Award Processes

By submitting a nomination or applying for recognition through NDAH, you agree to the following:

• All information submitted is accurate, truthful and complete to the best of your knowledge
• Heritage-Plus has the sole discretion to accept, reject or shortlist any nomination without obligation to disclose reasons
• The selection process, voting mechanisms and final award decisions are governed exclusively by Heritage-Plus and its designated board
• Employees of Heritage-Plus and its direct partners are ineligible to receive awards
• Awards are limited to a maximum of 50 recipients per annual edition
• Heritage-Plus reserves the right to withdraw a conferred award within six months if the recipient's conduct falls short of the standards of honesty, integrity and responsibility expected of honorees
• By accepting an award, recipients grant Heritage-Plus permission to use their name, photograph, organization and award category in publicity and promotional materials

05. User-Submitted Content

If you submit content to us — including nomination write-ups, testimonials, comments or partnership proposals — you grant Heritage-Plus a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, translate and distribute that content in connection with NDAH programs and communications.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to submit the content
• The content does not infringe any third party's rights
• The content is not defamatory, obscene, fraudulent or in violation of any law

Heritage-Plus reserves the right to remove or refuse any user-submitted content without notice.

06. Disclaimers

The NDAH website and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

09. Media & Broadcast Rights

Heritage-Plus and NDAH are the sole owners of all live broadcast, entertainment, photography, videography, and media coverage produced during and after NDAH events. This includes:

• All event footage — whether recorded, streamed or broadcast
• Official photographs taken at NDAH ceremonies and related events
• Press releases, social media content and promotional materials featuring the event
• Repeat broadcasts on national television and digital/online platforms

Unauthorized recording, streaming, reproduction or distribution of NDAH event content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms or services not operated by Heritage-Plus. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content, privacy practices or terms of those external sites and accept no responsibility for them.
